Permissible roles granted to Shared Shelf users. Roles include admin and cataloger. Admins are often referred as “project admin” and may oversee the work and performance of managing content. Admins have access to every cataloging screen, publishing target, set, filter, and record added to the project. Catalogers may receive granular permissions, with limited access granted to only specific cataloging screens, specific publishing targets, and base filters of records. Catalogers may also be restricted from publishing altogether, or given access to built read-only cataloging screens, depending on level of project accessibility needed.
